all orders are shipped from sydney, australia. we ship both domestically and internationally!

currently all items are made to order!

most orders will take about 1-5 days to make, and shipping takes ~1-5 days (within australia), and ~7-10+ days internationally.

all orders are shipped with auspost. even with mypost business discounts, shipping costs are still high and unfortunately there is no cheaper alternative at this stage.

if you've had a change of mind, please reach out asap using the form below so your order can be cancelled and refunded. if your order has already begun production or been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

most products are made to order with customised colours, so we are unable to accept returns or refunds.

if you have any issues with your order, please contact us providing your order # and a description of the issue. we will get back to you as soon as we can, and potential refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

unfortunately Etsy takes a significant cut of the payment from each sale I make (usually 20-30%+) so to account for this, i’ve had to adjust my prices there to avoid operating at a loss.

on my website, there are fewer fees, which means i can offer more affordable prices whilst still covering my costs. directly shopping here supports my small business and gets you the same handmade quality at a better price!!
